Gadgets

Below is a list of special gadgets users can enable on their preferences page, as defined by the definitions. This overview provides easy access to the system message pages that define each gadget's description and code.

Editing Gadgets[View description]

• Code insert adds wikiEditor buttons to the Advanced toolbar for easy code insertion tags, PHP, JS, and XML.  (View description | Export)
  Uses: Gadget-InsertCode.js
  Requires the following rights: edit, purge.
  Enabled for everyone by default.
  The following right does not exist: purge
• HotCat, easily add / remove / change a category on a page, with name suggestion [example]  (View description | Export)
  Uses: Gadget-HotCat.js
• Translation Tags  (View description | Export)
  Uses: Gadget-InsertTranslate.js
  Requires the following right: pagetranslation.
