This template provides the base URLs of the Joomla! Websites Family. The template is also used in other templates to create external links not covered by interwikis.

- link to the various "main areas" of interrest at joomlacode.org; forward to {{jsite/joomlacode}}
- take additional parameters to select a project by name/id, or in case of tracker the tracker id
