Provide a marker notice of intent to split the page it is placed on into a version namespace.
Functions/Features
Provides a ambox notice:
- Notice to split a page into two or more pages.
- Link to discussion page(talk page) to promote feedback on the suggested split if version split is not obvious.
- Time stamp to track the placement, prevents pages from being in a perpetual split state.
- Automatic categorisation of the page {{Split}} is placed.

Known Issues
Time displayed in hours since placed reflects server time so the user will have to calculate their local time vs. server time. This issue becomes a non issue as the time frame increases.
