The Joomla! packages for WebPI ship with SEF enabled and URL rewriting enabled. For WebPI users on Windows Server 2003, this will mean that by default many links will generate 404 errors. To fix this either disable URL rewriting in the global configuration (Site -> Configuration -> Server) or follow this guide to enable URL rewriting for IIS6.
