Deskripsi
Tingkatan akses mengontrol pengguna mana yang dapat melihat objek yang mana dari situs anda. Objek tersebut dapat berupa butir menu, modul-modul, kategori dan butir-butir komponen (seperti artikel, kontak, dsb). Setiap objek yang ada di situs ditetapkan ke satu tingkatan akses. Kelompok pengguna juga ditetapkan ke masing-masing tingkatan akses.
Apabila seorang pengguna adalah anggota dari suatu kelompok yang memiliki izin terhadap suatu tingkatan akses, maka pengguna itu dapat melihat semua objek yang ditetapkan ke tingkatan akses tersebut. Penting dipahami bahwa kelompok pengguna dapat disusun dalam hirarki induk dan anakan. Jika demikian, maka suatu kelompok anakan memiliki akses ke semua tingkatan akses dari kelompok induknya. Jadi anda tidak perlu menetapkan tingkatan akses tertentu terhadap suatu kelompok anakan yang sudah memiliki kelompok induk.
Bagaimana mengaksesnya
Untuk mengedit tingkatan akses yang ada, pergi ke tab Tingkatan Akses Melihat di Pengelolaan Pengguna (Pengguna → Tingkatan Akses). Lalu,
- Klik pada Nama Tingkatan yang diinginkan, atau
- Klik pada kotak centang untuk memilihnya kemudian klik pada tombol Edit.
Untuk membuat sebuah tingkatan akses baru,
- Pilih Pengguna → Tingkatan Akses → Tambah Tingkatan Akses Baru dari menu, atau
- Klik pada tombol Baru di Pengelolaan Pengguna: layar Tingkatan Akses Melihat

Details
- Level Title: Enter a Title for this Access level.
Toolbar
At the top left you will see the toolbar:
The functions are:
- Save. Saves the access level and stays in the current screen.
- Save & Close. Saves the access level and closes the current screen.
- Save & New. Saves the access level and keeps the editing screen open and ready to create another access level.
- Cancel. Closes the current screen and returns to the previous screen without saving any modifications you may have made.
- Help. Opens this help screen.
Quick tips
- If you add a new group, you may need to edit any access levels that this group should have access to.
