A long time software and web developer, I've been using Joomla! since mid-2007. Thanks a lot, J! developers and pioneers.
I'm now working on a web site where I hope many people will contribute, and I'm discovering just how confusing it can be for a non-J!-literate user to use even the front end.
It's time for me to give back to the community by working to improve user documentation.
