Developing an MVC Component/Adding a Request Variable in the Menu Link

M-b-o I appreciate the assist, but please don't add language tagging yet. The text and titles of these pages are not yet finalised. Some of the old terminology was a bit clunky so terms might get shifted as I go along. I do intend to language-tag everything once the tutorial is complete.
