Joomla Leadership users are defined as anyone in the Joomla organisation who serves as a leader. This would include team leaders and assistant team leaders. The permissions of the group joomla-leadership allow for editing the pages in the namespace Joomla, see its Main Page for more information. A summary of the namespace would be: the location of policy, guideline and governance documents. The restriction of editing in the Joomla namespace prevents the editing of these documents by all users except those in leadership. This allows for continuity and stability.
The members of this group also have the ability to add other users to this group and remove themselves from the group.
