There should be mentioning of the "filter" parameter. After all if you add this to a module without the filter parameter you have very little or no use of the editor type. As far as i know.

the example is too simple, for instance to use de hide parameter. For editor parameter is a little confuse the sample options.

reading mvc usage[http://developer.joomla.org/manual/ch02s07s03s02.html] in joomla developer about controllers, i lost my perspective about mvc patron.

if the controller now only "prints" as the view, what's the meaning to have the JView and derived?

I edited the part concerning installing ini files as it was confusing when the inis were placed in a language/xx-XX/ folder in the pack. It looked as if these files could be installed in the site language folder. Plugins in that regard are very different from components and modules.

I tried this code in my application and it almost worked but not exactly.

When I selected more than one item, the parameter was saved in the database as: p1|p2 rather than p1,p2 as would be the normal case of html.

If I then go to the database and change it manually to p1,p2; then it displayed correctly in the administrator..

Any ideas for a fix?????????????????

Line with $value is unnecessary - when you select more than one items then it returns array in array. I've removed this line from the source code - now it should works fine.

I needed this
