Will create Portal Template system using subst call to pull the contents of a Portal template into the page. Better use of Landing pages, links on subpages, links built in to edit subpage. This makes it easier to edit links, format, etc. Control subpage for border color, text color, header background-color. Will look similar to the above, but much easier to update. DIV control, no tables.
