This article doesn't work anymore with joomla versions from 2.5.14 and above, as noted on the bugreport page. Also this article doesn't work with a 'default' joomla installation without the supplied patch. Great tutorial, will the patch be soon integrated to Joomla! packages ? I had to install the patch in a Joomla 2.5.8 site in order to make the plugin work and I wonder if I will have to install the patch again after each update.

Really useful tutorial, thanks. I just tried it on Joomla 3.1 and it doesn't work. I'll see if I can figure out what the issues are.
