Description

Garbage collect stale sessions from the SessionHandler backend.

Syntax

gc($maxlifetime)

Parameter Name	Default Value	Description
$maxlifetime		$maxlifetime The maximum age of a session.

Returns

boolean True on success, false otherwise.

Defined in

libraries/joomla/session/storage/database.php
