Update by using the Joomla! Update component
רצוי שתעדכן את מערכת הג'ומלה שלך! ההתקנה בעזרת רכיב העדכון ושימוש בתיקון בסיס הנתונים דרך "הרחבות" → ניהול → "בסיס נתונים" ובחרו בכפתור ה-"תקן" בצד הימני למעלה

Update when you can´t use the Joomla! Update component
אם אינכם יכולים לעדכן את מערכת הג'ומלה שלכם בדרך המועדפת בגלל מגבלות חברת האיחסון או בגלל בעיות התחברות, תצטרכו לבצע את הפעולות הבאות: הורידו את העדכון מ-(link)

- Copy the update package to the root directory of your site and unpack it. Note that you need to tell the system to replace any existing files. For example, in GoDaddy.com, use the FTP File Manager to upload the update file and then use "Unarchive" to unpack it. Check the box "Overwrite existing files".

הכנסו למערכת הניהול של האתר שלכם וגשו ל-הרחבות → ניהול → בסיסנתונים ובחרו בכפתור ה-"תקן" בצד ימין למעלה. גשו, בתוך המנהל בו אתם נמצאים לפריט התפריט "גלה" בתפריט שמימין. התקינו כל הרחבה של ג'ומלה המוצגת ברשימה על ידי לחיצה על כפתור ה-"התקנה". בתפריט הראשי של מערכת הניהול לכו ל-"מערכת" → "ניקוי זיכרון מטמון" אם מוצגת שורה כל שהיא בחרו בה וליחצו על כפתור "מחיקה" שבצד ימין למעלה.
