Hoe toegang te krijgen

Navigeer, om een nieuw veld voor artikelen, gebruikers of contactpersonen toe te voegen, naar het beheergedeelte van de site en voer één van deze acties uit:

Artikelen

• Selecteer Inhoud → Velden uit het drop-down menu in het Joomla! Beheerpaneel.

of

• Selecteer Inhoud → Artikelen uit het drop-down menu in het Joomla! Beheerpaneel.
• Klik op de Velden link bij het bekijken van Artikelbeheer in de linker werkbalk.

Beschrijving

Dit is een beheerdersscherm waar u velden kunt toevoegen en bewerken. Hetzelfde scherm wordt gebruikt voor het toevoegen van een nieuw veld en het bewerken van een bestaand veld. U kunt ook de veldgroep van een veld selecteren en aangeven of het gekoppeld is aan één of meer artikelcategorieën.

Deze sectie geeft de mogelijkheid de parameters voor dit veld in te voeren.

• Title. The name or title of the custom field. Make it as descriptive as possible.

• Type. The Type of the custom field.
  1. Calendar: calendar field.
  2. Checkboxes: checkboxes field.
  3. Colour: color field.
  4. Editor: editor field.
  5. Integer: integer field.
  6. List: list field.
  7. List of images: imagelist field.
  8. Media: media field.
  9. Radio: radio field.
  10. Repeatable: repeatable field.

• Automatic Display. (After Title/Before Display/After Display/No). Joomla offers some content events which are tiggered during the content creation process. This is the place to define how the custom fields should be integrated into content.
• Layout. Selecteer een alternatieve layout.

Publicatie

• Created Date. Date the item was created.

• Created By. Name of the Joomla User who created the item. This will default to the currently logged-in user. If you want to change this to a different user, click the 'Select User' button .

• Modified Date. (Informative only) Date of last modification.

• Modified By. (Informative only) Username who performed the last modification.

• ID. This is a unique identification number for this item assigned automatically by Joomla. It is used to identify the item internally, and you cannot change this number.

Rechten

Joomla laat u, als volgt, rechten voor artikelen op vier niveaus aanmaken.

1. Algemeen, via Algemene instellingen.
2. Voor alle artikelen, via Artikelbeheer→Opties.
3. Voor alle artikelen in een categorie, via Categoriebeheer.
4. Voor een individueel artikel, via Artikel bewerken.

Hier kunt u rechten invoeren voor dit ene veld. Het scherm ziet er als volgt uit.

Om de rechten van dit veld te wijzigen moet u de volgende handelingen uitvoeren.

1. Selecteer de groep door op de titel te klikken.
2. Zoek de gewenste Actie. Mogelijke acties zijn:

   Verwijderen. Gebruikers kunnen dit veld verwijderen.

   Bewerken. Gebruikers kunnen dit veld bewerken.

   Edit State. User can change the published state and related information for this field.

   Edit Custom Field Value. Users can edit the Custom field value.

3. Select the desired permission for the action you wish to change. Possible settings are:

   Inherited. Inherited for users in this Group from the Global Configuration, Article Manager Options, or Category permissions.

   Allowed. Allowed for users in this Group. Note that, if this action is Denied at one of the higher levels, the Allowed permission here will not take effect. A Denied setting cannot be overridden.

   Denied. Denied for users in this Group.

4. Click Save. When the screen refreshes, the Calculated Setting column will show the effective permission for this Group and Action.

Toolbar

At the top, you will see the toolbar:

The functions are:

• Save. Saves the field group and stays in the current screen.

• Save & Close. Saves the field group and closes the current screen.

• Save & New. Saves the field group and keeps the editing screen open and ready to create another field group.

• Save as Copy. Saves your changes to a copy of the current field group. Does not affect the current field group.
  Note: This toolbar icon is only shown if you edit an existing field group.

• Close. Closes the current screen and returns to the previous screen without saving any modifications you may have made.

• Help. Opens this help screen.
