Method to get a object represented as a datetime string in a format recognized by the database server.

public function dateToString (
        $date
        $local=false
)

Parameter	Type	Default	Description
$date			The object with which to return the datetime string.
$local	bool	false	True to return the date string in the local time zone, false to return it in GMT.

Returns string The datetime string in the format recognized for the database system.
