Why have a special section for people who have not used Joomla! before?
People begin to use Joomla! for different reasons and come to it with very different background knowledge. This documentation is intended to help everyone to learn both about the concepts behind Jooma! how to do a few important things.
The good news is that, once you have found a route-map into Joomla!, you do not need any experience of writing code to create and manage a web site and its content.
