I vote to delete the page. The examples given are no longer really relevant - we can always recreate the page if it is felt that it is needed.

I agree, if the content is now not best practice. The media folder and setting things to the ROOT folder seems to be a conversation I cannot follow in the community. I think the practice is ideal but the topic itself could be set in a manifest doc. popROAR (talk) 00:31, 26 October 2013 (CDT)
