Modification du chargement des fichiers de langue

Errors reported
It could be that a 3rd Party extension that uses invalid strings in the language files that file will not be loaded anymore.
Versions affected
General Information
This pertains only to Joomla! version: 3.7.0 and above
What is the cause
Since 3.7.0, we are checking more strict langauge files and don't load invalid strings / files anymore.
How to fix
Please fix the language strings to be correct and valid. You can check that by runnig the file against parse_ini_file e.g. using the comandline or a php script.
