Merger proposal
I propose that Testing the template be merged into Creating a basic Joomla! template. This is already been included in the Creating a basic Joomla! template and there doesn't seem to be a good enough reason to have this as a standalone article Wilsonge (talk) 06:59, 1 February 2013 (CST)
